Maintenance Obligations for Each Party
Tenant’s obligations
The tenant agrees to carry out all minor maintenance work such as : wash basins maintenance , kitchen and bathrooms mixers , water heaters , pumps , broken glass , all internal and external doors , internal paints electrical sockets , changing lamps , exhaust fans , locks/keys and all similar maintenance items not mentioned here but required during the period of contract.
Landlord’s obligations
The landlord agrees to carry out all major maintenance work such as : water proofing maintenance ,repair of damaged concealed water pipes , repair of drainage pipes and repair of major electrical installations/equipment , and repair of cracks in the floors , walls and ceilings if deemed necessary.
