Termination clause for individuals
The Tenant may terminate this lease agreement by giving one month prior written notice to the Landlord if his employment in Qatar should cease (either by resignation or termination) and he has to leave the country. In such case the Tenant shall provide the Landlord with copies of the necessary documents to evidence such cessation of employment, such as A) Cancelled Visa, B) employer termination letter, C) employee letter of resignation of employment, in this case the current month’s rent and the security deposit will be the limit of his liability , and the Tenant shall be immediately released from his obligation to pay the rest of the rent as of the end of the month notice period specify above, provided that he hand over the unit key at the same time in good condition as he receive it, and the Landlord shall return to the lessee all the remaining amount till the end of the agreement
